Terms of Service
Hong Kong Huayou Care Consulting Limited (香港華佑健康諮詢有限公司) trading as China Care Health Tours — Last updated 8 August 2026
1. Parties and Agreement
These Terms govern the relationship between Hong Kong Huayou Care Consulting Limited (香港華佑健康諮詢有限公司), trading as China Care Health Tours (“China Care”, “we”, “us”), and a person or organisation that engages a formal China Care service (“Client”, “you”).
These Terms apply when you sign a service agreement or explicitly ask China Care in writing to begin an agreed service. A website visit, initial enquiry, or free first conversation does not by itself create a formal service engagement. A written proposal or service agreement for a particular case takes priority if it differs from these general Terms.
If you act for another person, you confirm that you have authority to request coordination and provide information on their behalf.
2. Nature of Service
China Care provides non-clinical healthcare coordination and facilitation. Services are defined by written scope and may include agreed information organisation, administrative communication, hospital or facility outreach, appointment coordination, practical arrangements, and document support.
China Care does not automatically provide visa applications, invitation letters, travel bookings, accommodation, transport, interpretation, translation, discharge documentation, follow-up, or remote care. Any such support is available only where it is expressly included in a written service scope and can be arranged in the relevant circumstances.
3. Not Medical Advice
China Care is not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider. We do not diagnose, provide medical advice, recommend treatment, or decide clinical eligibility.
Treating hospitals, facilities, and licensed clinicians decide whether they can review or accept a case, clinical suitability, treatment, required tests, risks, admission, and medical charges. You should consult your own qualified clinician before making healthcare decisions.
4. Service Scope
China Care’s public service options are described on the Pricing and Payment Boundaries page. Current options may include Hospital Access, Case Coordination, In-Person Consultation Support, Cancer Full Service, CAR-T / BMT Full Service, and participating health-check booking support.
Before formal coordination begins, China Care confirms the relevant scope, fee, payment timing, expected administrative work, and any separate third-party costs in writing. China Care may decline a requested service where a practical coordination route cannot be agreed.
5. Fees and Payment
First conversation. The first conversation is free and is intended to clarify practical service options. It is not a medical assessment, clinical eligibility confirmation, hospital acceptance confirmation, or promise that China Care will undertake later work.
China Care fees. Formal China Care service fees are confirmed in writing before coordination begins. China Care invoices are issued in HKD. RMB and USD figures shown on the Pricing page are rounded references where stated, not invoice currencies.
Hospital and medical charges. Treating institutions set, confirm, and collect their own consultation, test, medication, admission, treatment, and other medical charges directly. China Care does not determine those charges or add to a hospital’s quoted treatment cost.
Health-check bookings. For participating health-check centres, China Care confirms the current package, centre, date, available appointment option, availability, published rate and booking details before payment. Advance payment is required to secure the confirmed partner package, and China Care collects the payment directly.
Third-party costs. Flights, accommodation, insurance, transport, and separately arranged services are not included unless confirmed in writing.
6. Cancellation and Credits
China Care service fees are non-refundable once agreed coordination begins because the agreed information organisation, communication, outreach, and administrative work may already have been completed within the written scope.
For the same patient and case, one eligible Hospital Access or Case Coordination payment may be credited once toward an agreed Full Service fee, where this is confirmed in writing. Credits do not apply to hospital, treatment, travel, or other third-party costs.
Health-check cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms depend on the selected provider, package, timing, and booking terms confirmed before payment. Requests should be sent in writing to info@chinacarehealthtours.com.
7. Hospital and Physician Relations
Hospitals, facilities, clinicians, translators, travel providers, and other third parties are independent of China Care. China Care does not control, supervise, or warrant their services, availability, clinical decisions, prices, or outcomes.
China Care may organise publicly available information and agreed communication, but clients should conduct their own due diligence. Any information supplied by a hospital or facility is subject to that institution’s current process and confirmation.
China Care does not arrange visa applications or issue invitation letters. Entry requirements depend on nationality, itinerary, purpose of travel, and official authority confirmation.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
China Care treats information provided in connection with an enquiry or agreed service as confidential. We use information to respond to enquiries, provide agreed coordination, process China Care invoices or participating health-check bookings, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
Before sharing specified records with a named hospital or facility for an agreed review, China Care should explain the purpose and request the relevant permission. Clients should not send all records, passport scans, or payment details in a first message unless China Care specifically requests information for a defined next step.
Further information about how personal information is handled is in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
China Care’s role is limited to the non-clinical coordination described in the written service scope. Medical outcomes, complications, treatment decisions, admission decisions, clinical eligibility, and hospital charges remain the responsibility of the treating institution and clinician.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limitations, remedies, or commercial terms for a particular engagement should be set out in the written service agreement and reviewed by the Client before work begins.
10. General
These Terms, together with the applicable written service scope, pricing confirmation, and Privacy Policy, describe the general framework for China Care services. If a written service agreement contains different terms for a particular engagement, that agreement governs that engagement.
These Terms are published for transparency. They are not a substitute for independent legal, medical, immigration, insurance, or financial advice. China Care may update them from time to time; the published date reflects the latest version.
