When you contact us, you speak with me directly. I have built the hospital relationships and coordinated the cases — I can give you a real answer, not a brochure.

What to expect

What happens after you contact us

01

Initial response

We acknowledge your message and ask a few targeted questions about your situation: diagnosis, current treatment status, which country you're based in, and rough timeline.

02

Free 30-min assessment

A direct conversation with Xiaoyue. We assess whether China's medical system has something genuinely relevant to your case — and if so, which hospitals and options match.

03

Hospital matching

If we proceed, we identify the specific hospital, department, and physician team suited to your case. We share what we know about their outcomes, capacity, and international patient experience.

04

Coordination begins

Medical records translation, hospital pre-assessment submission, visa application support, and logistics planning. You have one point of contact throughout.

Helpful to have — not required

You don't need to have everything ready to start. Send what you have and we'll guide you through the rest.

For cancer treatment or CAR-T enquiries

Diagnosis and current stage (e.g. DLBCL, relapsed after 2 lines)
Previous treatment history (chemotherapy, transplant, prior CAR-T)
Most recent pathology or bone marrow biopsy report (PDF is fine)
Most recent imaging: PET-CT or CT scan report
Current ECOG performance status if known
Nationality and passport country (for visa planning)
All documents can be in English or Chinese. We handle translation as part of the coordination service.

For executive health screening

Age and general health background
Any specific areas of concern (cardiac, oncology, neurological)
Most recent bloodwork or imaging if available
Preferred city (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Hainan)
Rough travel dates or flexibility window
Whether you need an interpreter on-site
Most executive screenings are completed in 1–2 days. We recommend suitable accommodation nearby and can arrange airport transfers.
Common questions

Before you reach out

If your question isn't here, ask us directly — no question is too basic.

Ask on WhatsApp
Is the first assessment really free?
Yes. The initial case review and 30-minute conversation cost nothing. We only charge a coordination fee if you decide to proceed with treatment facilitation, and that fee is agreed and fixed before any work begins. There is no obligation at the assessment stage.
How quickly do you respond?
WhatsApp messages are typically answered within a few hours during Hong Kong business hours (GMT+8). For messages sent outside business hours we respond the following morning. Email enquiries are answered within 24 hours.
Do you work with patients from any country?
Yes. We work with patients from the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Middle East, and elsewhere. Visa requirements vary by nationality — we advise on this as part of the coordination process. Citizens of most countries can obtain a medical visa (S2) for treatment in China.
What if China isn't the right option for my case?
We will tell you directly. Not every case is a good fit — some conditions are better treated locally, some patients don't meet eligibility criteria for the specific therapies available in China, and some timelines don't allow for the logistics involved. Honesty about this is part of what we offer.
How much does the coordination service cost?
Our facilitation fee is fixed: USD 2,000 for cancer surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy coordination; USD 3,500 for CAR-T cell therapy or bone marrow transplant. The fee covers case coordination, hospital liaison, medical records translation, visa invitation letter, airport transfer, and 90-day post-discharge support. It is separate from hospital treatment costs, which are quoted directly by the hospital. No payment is required until you decide to proceed.
Can you provide a second opinion without travel to China?
Yes. Some of our partner hospitals offer remote second opinion consultations where a specialist reviews your medical records and provides a written assessment. This is a good first step if you want to understand what Chinese physicians think about your case before committing to travel.
