What China Offers That You Cannot Get Elsewhere

Four things only China can give you right now.

01 — Price
NMPA-approved CAR-T at $60K–$90K

Yescarta and Kymriah equivalents, full regulatory approval, GMP manufacturing — at 80% less than the US. India and Thailand have no approved CAR-T. Germany and the UK restrict access to nationals. China is the only country where an international patient can access an approved CAR-T product at a cost that is reachable.

CAR-T pricing and products →
02 — Approved Indications
Indications approved in China that are still trial-only elsewhere

China's Axi-cel covers Mantle Cell Lymphoma and Follicular Lymphoma at approved-product status. Some of these indications remain investigational in the US and EU. If you have been told your diagnosis falls outside the approved label at home, it may sit inside China's approved label.

See all approved indications →
03 — Volume
More CAR-T cases than any Western centre — by a large margin

SYSUCC and Nanfang have administered more CAR-T infusions than most Western institutions combined. Volume translates directly into CRS management experience, cell dosing judgment, and lower complication rates. A hospital doing 20 cases a year cannot match a team doing 300.

View partner hospitals →
04 — Trial Access
200+ active CAR-T trials — open to international patients

Solid tumours, autoimmune disease (SLE, Sjögren's, systemic sclerosis), second-infusion protocols after relapse. No equivalent access exists at this scale anywhere else. If you have been told there are no options left, China's trial landscape is the most complete place to look.

"When you contact China Care, you are contacting me. I review your case with our specialist team and I will tell you if we cannot help."

I have lived and worked across China, Sweden, Singapore, Macau, and Hong Kong. That experience on both sides — inside China's hospital system and inside the world international patients come from — is what China Care is built on. I kept seeing the same gap: treatments that existed in China, patients who needed them, and no reliable way to connect the two. My role is not clinical. I am a coordinator and advocate: I know which hospitals to trust for which conditions, I know how to read the cost landscape, and I know when to say the answer is not China.

China Care is registered in Hong Kong as Huayou Health Consulting Limited. My fee is fixed and disclosed upfront. Your treatment cost is quoted directly by the hospital — I never add to it or mark it up.

Why China Care

Five reasons patients
choose to work with us.

i
We tell you which hospital — and why.

Not every CAR-T product works for every diagnosis. Relma-cel targets CD19-positive B-cell malignancies. Equecabtagene autoleucel targets BCMA-positive myeloma. The right hospital depends on which product matches your pathology, which team has the highest volume for your specific indication, and whether a clinical trial gives you a better risk-adjusted option than an approved product. We make that call based on your records — not on which hospital pays the highest referral fee.

If you already have a hospital in mind, we contact them first. If not, we review your diagnosis, disease stage, and treatment history and recommend the most appropriate option with transparent reasoning. Our facilitation fee: USD 2,000 for cancer treatment, USD 3,500 for CAR-T or bone marrow transplant — shown as a separate line item from the hospital's treatment cost.

ii
Every partner hospital has been personally visited.

We have met the department heads, reviewed patient outcome data, and evaluated international patient facilities at every hospital in our network. If a hospital did not meet our standard, it is not on our list.

iii
English support from assessment to discharge summary.

Most facilitators stop at admission. Xiaoyue remains present at key consultations and ensures you leave with a complete English discharge summary for your home physician, including DICOM imaging files.

iv
We are honest about what China cannot offer.

We have turned away clients when their best option was at home. If your diagnosis does not match any treatment where China holds a genuine advantage, we will tell you. That willingness to decline is the foundation of the trust we ask you to extend to us.

v
Hong Kong-registered. A legal entity with a verifiable address.

China Care Health Tours operates as Hong Kong Huayou Health Consulting Limited. Unlike anonymous facilitators, we have a registered company, a stated fee structure, and a founder whose name is on this website. You know exactly who you are dealing with.

Common Questions

What patients
ask us first.

Don't see your question? Ask Xiaoyue directly. Most enquiries receive a personal response within 24 hours.

Is treatment in China safe for international patients?
China's top oncology centres treat more patients annually than most Western institutions, which translates directly into surgical volume and clinical experience. The hospitals in our network are ISO-certified, internationally accredited where applicable, and equipped with the same Siemens, GE, and Varian machines used in Germany or Singapore. We only recommend hospitals we have personally visited and vetted.
How does China Care charge for its services?
We charge a fixed facilitation fee: USD 2,000 for cancer surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy; USD 3,500 for CAR-T cell therapy or bone marrow transplant. Your treatment cost is quoted directly by the hospital and shown as a separate line item — we never add to it or mark it up. No payment is required until you decide to proceed.
Do I need to speak Chinese?
No. Xiaoyue attends key consultations with you as an interpreter and patient advocate. All cost estimates, treatment summaries, and discharge documentation are provided in English. Our partner hospitals all have international patient departments with English-speaking coordinators for day-to-day communication during your stay.
How long does the process take from first contact to treatment?
We review your case within 24–72 hours of submission. Hospital matching and cost estimates typically take 3–5 days. Visa processing for a Chinese medical visa is usually 10–15 business days once you have the hospital invitation letter. For urgent oncology cases, we have managed the full process in under three weeks.
What if China is not the right option for my situation?
We will tell you directly. We have declined to take on cases where the patient's best option was closer to home, and we will do the same for yours. Our long-term reputation depends on honest advice, not on filling hospital beds. The initial case review is always free and carries no obligation.
Can I bring a family member or companion?
Yes, and for most treatments we recommend it. We recommend suitable accommodation near the hospital for you and your companion as part of our standard service. Most of our patients travel with a spouse or adult child.
What happens after I return home?
You receive a complete English discharge summary including DICOM imaging files and a follow-up protocol your home physician can act on. Xiaoyue remains available for 90 days after discharge for any questions, and can coordinate remote follow-up consultations with the treating team if needed.
