• Issue China Care invoices or process participating health-check booking payments where applicable

• Understand website use in a way that does not use sensitive health answers from the Health Check Planner

China Care does not use voluntary health information for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

4. Health Information and Records

China Care is a non-clinical coordination service. We do not diagnose, assess treatment suitability, or make clinical decisions. Treating hospitals, facilities, and licensed clinicians decide whether they can review a case and make medical decisions.

You can begin with a short description. If information is needed for a defined next step, China Care can explain what may be useful before you share more. Before sharing specified records with a named hospital or facility for an agreed review, China Care should explain the purpose and request the relevant permission.

Do not send passport scans, payment information, or every medical record through a first contact message unless China Care specifically asks for information for an agreed next step.

5. Sharing Information

China Care may share relevant information only where needed for an agreed purpose, such as:

• A named hospital or facility: for agreed coordination, appointment, or review steps after the purpose has been explained
• Service providers: such as payment, hosting, email, communications, or document-support providers where used to operate an agreed service
• Authorities or advisers: where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

6. Payments and Booking Information

China Care service invoices are issued in HKD. For participating health-check centres, the published package rate may be paid to China Care to secure a booking after the current package, centre, date, appointment option, price, and booking terms are confirmed.

Treating institutions confirm and collect their own consultation, test, admission, treatment, and other medical charges directly. China Care does not collect treatment charges on behalf of treating hospitals.

Payment processors may handle payment information according to their own applicable terms and privacy notices. China Care does not ask clients to send full payment-card information through a website form or WhatsApp message.

7. Website Analytics

We use website tools to understand general site use and improve content and usability. The Health Check Planner is designed so that city, travel timing, budget, package preference, and other answers are not sent as analytics event parameters.
