Zero treatment markup, always

We charge a fixed facilitation fee — USD 2,000 for cancer treatment and USD 3,500 for CAR-T or bone marrow transplant — agreed in writing before any work begins. Your treatment cost is quoted directly by the hospital. We never add to it, inflate it, or hide fees inside it.

You talk to me, not a team

China Care is a deliberately small operation. Every client speaks directly with Xiaoyue. There are no account managers, no handoffs, no one who doesn't know your case. If you need that continuity, this is built for you.

We only recommend what we've assessed

If you already have a hospital in mind, we contact them first. If not, we review your diagnosis, disease stage, and treatment history, and recommend the most appropriate options from our network of partner hospitals — with transparent reasoning so you can decide. Every hospital in that network has been researched directly: documented visits, verified physician credentials, or authorised information from the hospital itself.

Honest about what China can and can't do

China's oncology system is genuinely advanced in specific areas: CAR-T cell therapy volume, approved targets, and access to clinical trials. It is not a universal solution. We will tell you if your situation is not a strong match.

English from start to finish

Medical records translation, physician communication, hospital paperwork, visa documentation, in-hospital logistics. Every step is handled in English. You should never feel dependent on a translator you have not met.
