The founderWhy Xiaoyue started China Care.
China Care grew from seeing how difficult it can be for an international patient or family to understand a foreign hospital system from far away. The practical questions are often simple but urgent: who can be contacted, what information is needed, what needs to be confirmed before travel, and who decides what.
Xiaoyue Peng has lived and worked across China, Sweden, Singapore, Macau, and Hong Kong. Her role is non-clinical coordination. She helps visitors prepare practical questions, organise agreed information, and understand the next administrative step while treating hospitals and specialists make medical decisions.
When a service needs to move beyond a first conversation, China Care sets out the written scope, fee, timing, and any separate third-party costs before formal coordination begins.
