How we communicate
Practical coordination, without clinical promises.
Every situation is different. China Care can explain practical coordination options, help organise agreed communication, and clarify what a hospital or facility must confirm. We do not decide clinical suitability, recommend treatment, or promise an institution will accept a case.
Before an institution is contacted
Start with a short description of what you need to understand. If records may be useful for an agreed next step, China Care explains what to prepare; you do not need to share every document in the first conversation.
When an appointment is being explored
The relevant hospital or facility confirms its own availability, records requirements, appointment process, language arrangements, medical charges, and whether it can review a case.
After a visit or health check
The treating institution issues its own records and clinical guidance. Any translation, communication, or practical follow-up support is discussed separately and does not replace medical interpretation by a clinician.
Why this page does not publish outcomes: an individual outcome cannot establish what will happen for another person. We do not use a patient’s diagnosis, response, eligibility, or clinical result as a reason to promise a future result.
