About China Care

A real person providing clearly scoped healthcare coordination in China.

China Care helps international patients understand practical options, organise agreed communication and appointments, and clarify next steps before formal coordination begins. It is not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider.

How we work

What China Care is — and is not.

What we are

  • A coordination service for international patients
  • A practical point of contact for agreed communication, appointments, and next steps
  • A service with written scope and fees before formal coordination begins
  • A Hong Kong-registered company
  • A source of practical information, not medical decisions

What we are not

  • A hospital, clinic, or medical provider
  • A source of diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or clinical eligibility decisions
  • A guarantor of hospital acceptance, medical outcomes, or appointment availability
  • An automatic visa, invitation-letter, travel, translation, or follow-up service
  • A replacement for your physician or treating hospital
The founder

Why Xiaoyue started China Care.

China Care grew from seeing how difficult it can be for an international patient or family to understand a foreign hospital system from far away. The practical questions are often simple but urgent: who can be contacted, what information is needed, what needs to be confirmed before travel, and who decides what.

Xiaoyue Peng has lived and worked across China, Sweden, Singapore, Macau, and Hong Kong. Her role is non-clinical coordination. She helps visitors prepare practical questions, organise agreed information, and understand the next administrative step while treating hospitals and specialists make medical decisions.

When a service needs to move beyond a first conversation, China Care sets out the written scope, fee, timing, and any separate third-party costs before formal coordination begins.

Starting a service

A clear process before formal coordination begins.

01

Start with a free conversation

Tell China Care what you are trying to arrange. A short description is enough to start.

02

Identify the practical service

China Care explains whether a health-check booking, Hospital Access, Case Coordination, In-Person Support, or another defined service may fit.

03

Confirm scope in writing

Before formal coordination, you receive the service scope, fee, payment timing, and any separate third-party costs.

04

Let the hospital decide clinical matters

Treating hospitals and specialists decide case acceptance, clinical suitability, treatment, and hospital medical charges.

Payment boundaries

Keep coordination fees, medical charges, and travel costs separate.

This separation helps clients understand who is being paid for what before formal work starts.

China Care coordination

China Care has defined service fees. Invoices are issued in HKD, with written scope and payment timing confirmed before formal coordination begins.

Hospital medical charges

The treating institution confirms and collects its own consultation, test, admission, treatment, medication, and other medical charges directly.

Health checks and third parties

For participating health-check centres, the published package rate is paid to China Care to secure booking. Travel, accommodation, insurance, and other third-party costs are confirmed separately.
