China Care Health Tours is a facilitation and coordination service. We are not a medical provider, do not offer medical advice, and do not diagnose or treat any condition. All treatment decisions are made by licensed physicians at partner hospitals.
How’s China Care’s model?
China Care is a concierge / facilitation service, not a medical provider. We’re compensated through service partnerships with selected providers (including JD Health).
Is JD Health a hospital?
No. JD Health Screening Centers are purpose-built, privately operated health check facilities — not hospitals. They do not handle emergency or inpatient care. This means shorter wait times and a more efficient flow.
Can foreigners book JD Health screening?
Yes. International patients can book at JD Health centers in Beijing and Shenzhen using a passport as their primary ID. China Care handles the Chinese-language booking process on your behalf and provides an English-speaking coordinator.
Do I need a Chinese mobile number?
Not when you book through China Care. JD Health’s digital platform normally uses a Chinese mainland mobile for registration. If you don’t have one, China Care handles the process for you and confirms your appointment on WhatsApp.
What English support is available?
All packages from ¥3,300 include a dedicated English-speaking nurse who accompanies you throughout the screening. China Care provides WhatsApp support in English from first enquiry to post-results.
What is the SVIP Suite?
The SVIP Suite is a private examination room where up to 80% of tests are completed without leaving the suite. MRI/CT use a dedicated priority channel. Included on SVIP (¥7,700) and SSVIP (¥16,000) packages. Daily slots are limited — advance booking is essential.
Can I also book dental or medical aesthetics?
Yes. JD Health centers also offer dental services (cleaning, fillings) and medical aesthetics consultations. These can be added to the same trip. Ask China Care when you enquire.
How much does JD Health screening cost in 2026?
JD Health packages start from ¥3,300 (VIP Exclusive) and go up to ¥16,000 (SSVIP). The recommended option for most international patients is the VIP Plus (¥5,500). All prices are the published JD Health rate — no markup by China Care.
How long does the screening take?
Most VIP packages are completed in a single morning (08:00–12:00). The SSVIP with brain MRI, spinal MRI, and capsule gastroscopy may run until early afternoon.
When will I receive my report?
Digital results are delivered within 3–7 working days via the JD Health app. Professional English translation can be arranged on request (2–3 business days).
Where are JD Health centers located?
Beijing has 5 JD Health centers; Shenzhen has 1. The Shenzhen center is 30–40 minutes from the Hong Kong border by metro. China Care recommends the center closest to your accommodation.
Can I pay from overseas?
Yes. Payments can be made by Stripe (international card), WeChat Pay, Alipay, or Wise. You pay the published package rate — no extra fees added on top.

Can I cancel or reschedule? What’s the refund policy?
Full refunds or appointment changes are available for requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-up time.
No cancellations or rescheduling are accepted on the day of the appointment.
Please note that payment processing fees and any non-refundable charges will not be included in the refund amount.
