Helpful to have — not required

You don't need to have everything ready to start. Send what you have and we'll guide you through the rest.

For cancer treatment or CAR-T enquiries

Diagnosis and current stage (e.g. DLBCL, relapsed after 2 lines)
Previous treatment history (chemotherapy, transplant, prior CAR-T)
Most recent pathology or bone marrow biopsy report (PDF is fine)
Most recent imaging: PET-CT or CT scan report
Current ECOG performance status if known
Nationality and passport country (for visa planning)
All documents can be in English or Chinese. We handle translation as part of the coordination service.

For executive health screening

Age and general health background
Any specific areas of concern (cardiac, oncology, neurological)
Most recent bloodwork or imaging if available
Preferred city (Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Hainan)
Rough travel dates or flexibility window
Whether you need an interpreter on-site
Most executive screenings are completed in 1–2 days. We recommend suitable accommodation nearby and can arrange airport transfers.
Common questions

Before you reach out

If your question isn't here, ask us directly — no question is too basic.

Ask on WhatsApp
What is a Case Investigation?
It's where we look into the hospitals, specialists, and healthcare pathways that fit your specific situation — before you commit to anything. It comes after the initial guidance conversation, once we have a clear picture of what you're looking for.
Do I need to pay before contacting China Care?
No. Reaching out and the initial guidance conversation are both free. There's nothing to pay just to start talking to us.
What happens after I contact you?
We acknowledge your message and ask a few targeted questions about your situation. This leads into a free initial guidance conversation with Xiaoyue directly. If it makes sense to go further, we explain the Case Investigation step and what it involves.
How do I know if China is the right option?
That's exactly what the initial guidance conversation is for. We'll talk through your situation honestly — if China's healthcare system isn't a good fit for your case, we'll tell you that directly rather than pushing you toward a Case Investigation that wouldn't help.
When does the paid service begin?
Only at the Case Investigation stage, and only if you decide to move forward. The initial guidance conversation is always free, and we'll explain any fees clearly before any paid work begins.
How do I get started?
Send a message via WhatsApp, email, or the form on this page with your diagnosis (or screening interest), treatment history if relevant, and which country you're based in. There's no account to create and no form to fill out in advance — Xiaoyue reviews every enquiry personally and responds with next steps.
How quickly do you respond?
WhatsApp messages are typically answered within a few hours during Hong Kong business hours (GMT+8). For messages sent outside business hours we respond the following morning. Email and form enquiries are answered within 24 hours.
Do you work with patients from any country?
Yes. We work with patients from the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Middle East, and elsewhere. Visa requirements vary by nationality — we can talk through this as part of your situation. Citizens of most countries can obtain a medical visa (S2) for treatment in China.
Why do patients consider China for treatment or screening?
Two reasons come up most often: access and cost. China has treatments — including NMPA-approved CAR-T cell therapy — unavailable or years behind approval in many home countries, often at a fraction of US or European pricing. China isn't the right option for every case — we'll tell you honestly if it isn't — but for many situations, it's worth exploring.
