Your first hospital visit, handled end to end
From your hospital appointment booking to your results, you receive the documents, the confirmation, and a coordinator in your pocket — a coordination service, not a translator, not a broker, from start to finish.
If an issue within China Care’s control prevents us from completing the agreed coordination, we will discuss an appropriate refund. If the hospital changes availability, terms, scheduling or requirements after coordination has begun, we will discuss available rescheduling options; coordination fees are not automatically refundable once the agreed work has started.

How it works
Chinese hospitals run on registration systems (挂号, guàhào) and hospital-specific mini-programs that are not built for international patients. Here is what actually happens once you decide to book.
Tell us your situation and preferred city
Share your medical documents, timeline, and which hospital or destination you're considering. We confirm whether the department and doctor you need are actually taking international patients during your travel window.
We register and confirm your appointment
We handle hospital registration on your behalf — through the international patient department where available, or directly with the relevant clinical department — and confirm your appointment date and time before you arrange your travel.
Your documents get translated
Prior medical records, imaging reports, and referral letters are translated so the treating team has what they need before you arrive, not on the day.
English-language support during your visit
A bilingual coordinator is reachable throughout your visit for questions, and can accompany you at key appointments where this is included in your service.
You receive your results or discharge summary
Reports are issued in Chinese by the hospital; professional translation into English is arranged so you and your home physician can act on the results.
Coordination you can actually rely on
Professional · Transparent · Compassionate · Reliable
English-Speaking Support
Every message, call, and document in plain English — no lost-in-translation moments at the hospital desk.
Partner Hospitals across China
We work only with international patient departments at licensed hospitals we have vetted in advance.
24-Hour Response
A coordinator replies within 24 hours, whatever timezone you are in — before, during, and after your visit.
Bilingual Coordinators
Chinese-English coordinators who liaise directly with your care team and explain every instruction.
Visa paths
China Care does not issue visas or hospital invitation letters — only the licensed treating hospital can. We help you confirm which path fits your situation and coordinate with the hospital if an invitation letter is needed for your application.
What we handle — and what you do
We are a coordination service, not a hospital, a law firm, or a visa agency. Being clear about the boundary is how we keep your expectations accurate.
We handle
- Hospital registration & appointment confirmation
- Document & report translation (Chinese ↔ English)
- English-language coordination throughout your visit
- Liaising with the hospital for your invitation letter
You handle

- Issuing the hospital invitation letter (only the hospital can)
- Medical diagnosis & treatment decisions
